About Me

I spent the first 25 years of my career in supply chain working for two large, iconic Canadian corporations, with 8 years at the Executive level.  While I'll always be passionate about the supply chain function and making order of the chaos, I've realized that I'm equally passionate about helping others tap into their potential and thrive.  Going forward, I want to leverage my functional and leadership experience to elevate others in their journey. 

Being coached as an executive, and now doing multiple coaching certifications myself, I'm amazed at the power of coaching conversations.  Most answers of how to best move forward lie within the person who knows themselves, the environment, the people, the history -- it's just often hard to bounce out of a linear train of thought.  I love helping others create their own success by exploring what makes them tick, examining situations from different points of view, uncovering opportunities, and creating empowering insight that has lasting benefit.

I bring a unique balance of practicality and empathy to any discussion.  I'm a results-driven engineer, able to help untangle complex situations and get clarity and structure.  I also recognize that getting the desired results is dependent on working effectively with people, and I believe that every person brings valuable perspective and contributions to the process.

I'm warm, easy to talk to, and a good listener.  I care about you, and will be invested in helping you achieve your goals while maintaining your well-being.  I want to inspire you to behave and lead in a way that is both effective and true to who you are, as I believe that being authentic is important for our own selves and in creating a positive environment around us.

I want you to leave every conversation feeling energized and ready to take action.  I'm optimistic by nature and I believe in your ability to do great things!
